How did each of the Jazz players end up with Utah? Wynn from CanisHoopus has put together charts of every player and how they came to the team whether they were signed, traded, etc. It also shows the the picks and players traded to acquire each player. Fantastic stuff.
This is a link to the current Utah page but make sure to check the main page in the future because the links could change.
Karl drops 50 on Seattle at the tender age of 37 (via Dime),
Forget about jerseys, the new team and new unis will get me to buy a NBA video game when it comes out for the first time ever. I'm usually at least 2-3 three versions behind. Thanks to Jazzfanz for finding these,

Does anyone want to get in on an online league? Of course, if you buy 2K11, which I'm leaning towards, you have to take out the Jordan cover and replace it with Stockton and Malone.
However, for the jerseys, they have the customizable ones in now. And apparently you can still get a Matt Harpring one,
Maybe they know something we don't know?

I'm not a sneakerhead by any stretch though I do like to buy basketball and running shoes. These though, might not be topped. It looks like NIKE has patented the self-tying sneakers from Back to the Future II. These would be hard to pass up.
In other Michael J Fox news, it's also the 25th anniversary of Teen Wolf. Love that movie. They caught up with his stunt double from that film (h/t Kyle, Truth About It),
Glosser's one regret, when he thinks back to the impact 'Teen Wolf' had on his life, is that he lost touch with Michael J. Fox somewhere along the way. "He was a great guy," he says. "For five or six years after the movie, I'd go see him a couple times a year on the set of 'Family Ties.' Then I moved out of L.A., and he moved back east, and I lost contact with him. But we got along well.
There's a lot you could pick at in the movie, but I love it. Why does Mick get to stand under the basket when Scott is taking his FT attempts? Why does Mick get to clothesline Scott multiple times? Why did the guy in the stands at the end of the game have his pants unzipped?
Friday open poll... Who gets the most Ts this season?

I'd be in for an online league
I’m actually really looking forward to 2K11- just for the classic Jazz teams. And DWills shoes look wrong (you all knew I’d talk about the shoes)

Whoops, meant to keep going
Damn posting from phones.
Most T’s: Jerry
And the self lacing Nikes, while cool, will be useless on court. Too heavy. I’m all about the lightweight shoes

1) Wow, that’s quite the chart.
2) The Mailman delivers! Great way to open the Playoffs. It was another great year…….ruined (again) by the “Jail Blazers” in the Playoffs.
8) Love the dunk over Scola! I’d totally get a new Harpring jersey.
4) Back to the Future II and Teen Wolf = 80s classics
5) Coach Sloan—he’ll lead the team in ejections too.

8. I'm in on an online league too
As long as it’s on Xbox.
2. I really miss that floor from the Delta Center, and am probably the only person who misses the purple-and-mountains jerseys
5. Sloan for sure, but it’s kind of interesting as to who comes in 2nd
WVU10 - August 27, 2010
probably raja, he’ll be involved in some scuffles where he gets in the head of an opposing player on more than one occasion i’m sure

handlogten - August 27, 2010

4. Teen Wolf, now there is a classic. Man I forgot that movie even existed. Thanks for taking me down memory lane. I got to find that show and watch it. Now that there are no video stores and only Redbox, I doubt I will be able to find it.
5. Most T’s goes to Raja Bell.
P_Dizzle - August 27, 2010
1. That is just amazing!
P_Dizzle - August 27, 2010
2. it’s almost completely the opposite of how he scored 61 in the ac green game (which was mostly all inside shots and fts)
8. i always get the new nba game. i don’t have the free time to actually join a league though (same with fantasy). all my nba store stuff came in the mail yesterday. looks great.
5. either jerry or raja. it should be fesenko, if he ever wants to develop that alonzo mourning mean streak that would get him a contract.

Every time I see a classic Jazz game from the 90s and early 2000s, I just marvel at Stockton’s ability to see the floor and the Jazz’s ball movement in general on each those possessions were simply beautiful. You just don’t see that as much today. Also, notice the defense!

the new version of NBA Live, now called NBA Elite
comes with the update of NBA Jam. Might be worth it for me.
I’m on PS3 anyway so I wouldn’t be in any league with you fools.
Shums - August 27, 2010
PS3 for life
NBA Jam also coming out for the wii as stand alone product.
AllThatJazzBasketball - August 27, 2010
and really . . .
i still hate the wii fit. japanese people must have really small feet. this thing was not built for me.
AllThatJazzBasketball - August 27, 2010
Oh no, what do I do now!!!
I already have NBA Live 10. Do I buy Elite to have NBA jam on PS3, or do I buy it alone on the Wii?

8 - The new court
If those pics are depicting the new home court, It looks like it will have darker wood inside the 3pt. line, and green keys. That could look pretty cool actually.
darkcoupon - August 28, 2010
I actually love the look of the TWolves home court with the darker wood inside the 3 point line. I think it looks classic.
